Nikita is a principal in True’s Digital Infrastructure practice, based in London. She specializes in the data centre sector across the full lifecycle of investment, design & build, commercial strategy and operations. Nikita partners with clients to identify and place senior leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CTOs and operational executives, with a focus on high-growth and private equity-backed companies at the intersection of technology and infrastructure.
With over 15 years of experience in executive search and recruitment, Nikita has a proven track record of delivering talent for global clients navigating growth, transformation and complex organizational challenges. She combines commercial and operational insight with deep sector expertise, helping clients build future-ready leadership teams in industries shaped by sustainability, ESG and AI-driven disruption.
Prior to joining True, Nikita was a principal at Granger Reis within the advanced technology practice, focusing on global data centre leadership mandates. Earlier, she worked with Korn Ferry as a managing associate in the EMEA technology practice, and began her career at The Advocate Group and computer futures, where she established the foundation of her search and recruitment expertise.
Nikita earned her degree from the University of Huddersfield. Originally from Manchester, she lives there with her husband and young son. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, theatre and a variety of creative hobbies.
