Lauren is a principal at TrueBridge, where she delivers tailored interim, fractional, and consulting solutions for senior leaders across private equity, venture capital, and their portfolio companies. She brings over a decade of experience in building relationships with senior executives and placing high-caliber talent, taking a consultative approach to understand client needs and delivering innovative solutions to close critical talent gaps.
Prior to joining TrueBridge, Lauren spent over six years at Catalant Technologies, most recently serving as director of the consultant community. She led the launch of their practice communities which expanded their network from 400 to nearly 1,000 elite former consultants and interim executives. Before that, she led Catalant’s customer success function, overseeing a team responsible for project delivery and driving revenue and growth by providing exceptional solutions for private equity and enterprise clients.
Lauren’s expertise includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and implementing operational frameworks that support rapid growth and innovation. She is passionate about generating exceptional value for clients and driving organizational success through strategic vision and collaborative leadership.
Originally from Southern California, Lauren now lives in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a four-year member of the varsity softball team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, going to the beach, and watching sports.
