Reed Flesher serves as chief of new products & innovation at True Technologies, driving advancements and launching ventures that transform how businesses find, assess and develop top talent.
Since joining True in 2014, Reed has played a key role in progressing the company’s capabilities. He co-founded Thrive TRM, scaling it to over 300 clients and helped incubate AboveBoard, True’s executive job platform. Most recently, he worked with HelloSky, an AI-powered talent intelligence platform backed by True’s investment, to bring its technology to market.
Reed holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in digital media from Drexel University.
