Based in London, Yana is a principal in True’s Go-to-Market and CEO Practices, where she focuses on placing C-suite and senior leadership roles across B2B SaaS and fintech businesses. She works closely with high-growth companies (typically Series A onwards), partnering with VC and PE-backed organisations to build and scale their commercial leadership teams.
Prior to joining True, Yana was a senior consultant at The Up Group, working with high-growth B2B, SaaS and fintech businesses, and was previously a senior associate at Leathwaite, supporting a range of financial services clients including banks, fintechs, payments and insurance firms.
Earlier in her career, Yana worked in global marketing at IBM Deutschland while completing her degree in International Business and German at the University of Birmingham, where she achieved first-class honours. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and German.
