Based in London, Yana is a principal in True’s Go-to-Market and CEO Practices, where she focuses on placing C-suite and senior leadership roles across B2B, SaaS and FinTech sectors, working primarily with VC and PE-backed businesses.
Before joining True, Yana was a senior consultant in the B2B practice at The Up Group, where she partnered with high-growth businesses (Series A onwards), particularly in B2B, SaaS and fintech. Earlier in her career, Yana was a senior associate at Leathwaite, where she worked with a diverse range of financial services clients, covering banks, fintech, payments firms, insurance firms and private equity-backed businesses. At IBM Deutschland, Yana worked in global marketing while completing her degree in International Business and German at the University of Birmingham, where she achieved first-class honours.
As well as experience working overseas, Yana is a keen linguist and is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and German, which helps her deliver across a broad spectrum of international search mandates.
