Vanessa is a managing director and head of True’s Finance Practice, where she partners with chief executive officers and chief financial officers to build world-class leadership teams. Vanessa’s team focuses on high-growth clients, particularly those backed by growth equity and private equity, across consumer products and services businesses.
Prior to joining True, Vanessa spent two years scaling a Boston-based startup executive search firm, where she collaborated with finance and operations executive teams for high-growth enterprise technology companies. She began her career with Randstad, a global search firm, holding various leadership roles across the U.S.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and their four active children in the mountains of Vermont.
