With a career bridging operational roles and consulting, Tom has left an indelible mark on organizations ranging from startups with $5.6 million in revenue to multibillion-dollar enterprises. His tenure at Bridgewater Associates, where he helped foster their renowned high-performance culture, was a pivotal learning experience.
Tom holds a Master’s Degree in strategic management & international business from Tufts University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in political economy from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His academic journey includes coursework in I / O psychology at Harvard University, and he holds certifications in Leadership Circle, Hogan, The Predictive Index, Denison Culture & Leadership Survey, Humantelligence, and Scientific Selling.
