Teresa brings over 25 years of experience to True, where she is a partner in the People, Talent & Legal practice advising clients across a variety of industries. Working for companies ranging from growth stage to Fortune 100, she built and led world-class, global talent acquisition teams to deliver business outcomes. Leveraging her roots in executive search and her self-professed connector mentality, Teresa has a reputation for advising clients and successfully placing transformational leaders including chief people officers, chief executive officers, chief technology officers, general counsels and other leaders at large enterprise organizations. At the core of her professional goals is her passion for helping others find their ideal career opportunities.
Prior to joining True, Teresa led talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion programs and employer branding for Fannie Mae where she designed talent strategies to build a sustainable and diverse pipeline of talent. Previously, she worked for CEB (now Gartner), Capital One and Marriott in recruitment leadership roles. Teresa worked at consulting firms, including Deloitte, earlier in her career, and earned special distinction for her work at executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles.
