As a partner at True, Sean works within the Finance practice bringing over 15 years of financial search experience to the team. Sean focuses on critical CFO, VP finance and controller engagements for growth-stage companies across multiple sectors and asset classes (early-stage, venture, PE, and public).
Prior to joining True, Sean was a managing director at Robert Half International overseeing four business units within their financial suite of companies. Prior to his career in search, Sean worked in banking at Merrill Lynch and in FP&A within the private sector.
Sean holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in international finance and studied at Beijing University in China and the Universidad de Cordoba in Spain. Based in the San Francisco office, he is a proud father of two, an avid skier and runner, and is a loyal supporter of the English Football Club—Tottenham Hotspur.
