Sean brings more than 17 years of search experience to True’s Finance Practice. He focuses on CAO, VP Controller, SVP, VP, FP&A and investor relations engagements.
Prior to joining True, Sean built the talent acquisition function at First Republic Bank. FRB scaled from 2,500 to over 4,000 employees and was recognized as one of the fastest-growing Bay Area employers during his leadership. Before First Republic, Sean spent seven years with Robert Half International managing their financial services practice in San Francisco. He was consistently recognized for his performance as one of their top recruiters worldwide.
Sean is originally from Pennsylvania and earned his degree in business from Franklin & Marshall College. He moved to San Francisco to start his career in recruiting during the interesting economic times of August 2008.
