Sara is a principal in True’s Finance Practice based in San Francisco. She specializes in strategic CFO, VP finance, CAO and VP controller hires for various industries.
Prior to True, Sara served as the SVP, director of permanent services at Robert Half for 13 years. In this role, she oversaw the accounting and finance direct hire practice. Through a persistent work ethic and deep industry knowledge, she was consistently recognized as one of their top recruiters worldwide for 11 consecutive years.
Sara is originally from Boston and graduated from University of Massachusetts with a dual major in accounting and finance. She is a proud mother of two boys and enjoys volleyball, pickleball, cooking and traveling.
