Rod is a principal in True’s Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice.
He began his executive search career as an intern for Hobbs & Towne Inc. (acquired by True, 2021) in his undergraduate years and has since hit the ground running. Rod has completed many successful VP and senior-level engineering searches within the renewable energy, retail power & gas and building automation & controls sectors.
Rod graduated from McDaniel College with a degree in business and communications, where he played baseball and intramural softball.
