Peter is a strategic professional with 20 years of experience in developing people and organizations across sectors like technology, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, healthcare and education. He has held key roles in the United States, Singapore and Thailand, focusing on human resources, learning and development, people operations and talent management.
Currently, as chief people officer and head of learning and leadership development, Peter is rebuilding his company’s people function and developing programs to support the growth of their venture studio and portfolio companies. Peter’s business expertise is enriched by his academic background, holding a Ph.D. in humanities from the University of Chicago and an MBA in strategic and healthcare management from Wharton.
He has taught strategy, business and humanities courses at institutions like Princeton, USC, Yale NUS and others, with a significant body of published work. In his corporate roles, he has shaped learning and development programs, including creating Google’s first central L&D function and establishing learning systems at APL and Aegis.
