Pamela is head of the Financial Services and Investment Management Practices at True. Her specialization is within investment management, placing investors & functional leaders at funds and various assessment managers. This spans across asset classes including venture funds, growth funds, private equity funds, public equities as well as broader asset management firms. The functional work includes investment professionals as well as other functional leaders including operations, finance, investor relations, BD, value creation & operating partner work. The team will also place across levels, Associate through GP. The sector focus is broad across tech, healthcare, consumer, sports, media, entertainment, and services.
Prior to True, Pamela spent more than three years placing VP and C-suite candidates at PE/VC backed technology and healthcare companies. This work spanned across functions including CFO, CRO, COO and CCO among others. Her search foundation came from spending seven years working at Glocap, focusing on investment professional searches across asset classes and sectors including technology, healthcare/life sciences, consumer, sustainability, fintech and broader industries. Her earlier career was at J.P. Morgan in the private bank partnering closely with the investment bank to cross-sell the firm’s services.
With nearly 15 years of search experience placing both investors and operators largely at asset managers, Pamela has created founding teams at new funds and built out existing teams at established funds.
Pamela currently resides in NJ with her husband and three children. She is an active planner, walker and general lover of activities!
