Michelle Jarrard is a partner in True’s San Francisco office. She specializes in recruiting VP and C-suite customer success executives for B2B software companies. She focuses primarily on enterprise software, but has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including ActiveCampaign, SeekOut, MURAL, Hopin, Deputy, GitHub, Honeycomb.io, ChurnZero, Outlier.org, Matillion, Snorkel AI, Wix, Panorama Education, Wealthsimple and more.
Originally from Orange County, she received a bachelor’s degree in communications from UC Santa Barbara. On the weekends, you’ll find Michelle backpacking, hiking, skiing in Tahoe or going to concerts.
