Lucy Kloeppel

Lucy is a principal in True’s New York office and a member of the CEO and Board Practices. She specializes in CEO & Board searches across B2B software and enterprise technology.

Prior to True, she worked in education policy research and nonprofits. Lucy studied at Princeton University in the School of Public and International Affairs, with a focus in education policy. She was also a member of the varsity women’s rowing team.
