Kyra is a principal at True, specializing in VP and C-level product management, engineering and data leadership searches. She has built out teams for a variety of successful growth stage and public consumer internet, marketplace, eCommerce and social tech companies.
Prior to True, Kyra worked as an executive recruiter at an LA-based boutique-style agency, partnering with top VC / PE firms to make VP and C-level placements in product and technology functions across Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Seattle and other emerging markets.
Kyra holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She began her career recruiting for mid-senior level software engineering talent before transitioning to executive search.
