Keri (she/her) is head of True’s Diversity Practice, partnering with businesses at all stages, from startups to publicly traded companies. Keri specializes in placing DE&I executives as well as helping organizations increase representation at all levels. She is also a member of True’s People, Talent & Legal Practice.
Prior to True, Keri was the director of executive talent at Netflix where she led efforts to enable inclusive hiring of leadership talent. Previously, Keri was a partner at a boutique HR executive search firm where she built and led the global diversity, equity and inclusion practice. She led notable chief HR officer and D&I leadership searches for the National Football League (NFL), American Airlines, Ford Motor Company, Sonos, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Live Nation Entertainment among others. She started her career as an on-air broadcast journalist and interviewed several presidential candidates as well as former First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House.
Keri graduated from DePaul University where she was a scholarship track and field athlete. She resides in Chicago with her cool partner and their two young kids.
