Keri partners with businesses at all stages, from startups to publicly traded companies. As a member of True’s People, Talent & Legal Practice, Keri specializes in helping companies solve for organizational transformation. She also leads True’s Diversity Practice, working with companies to increase representation at all levels.
Prior to True, Keri was the director of executive talent at Netflix where she led engagement and recruiting efforts for leadership talent. Previously, Keri was a partner at a boutique HR executive search firm. She started her career as an on-air broadcast journalist.
Keri graduated from DePaul University where she was a scholarship track and field athlete. She resides in Chicago with her cool husband and their two young kids.
