Kasey is a principal in True’s CEO, Board and Go-to-Market Practices, serving clients across the consumer goods and retail industries.
Prior to True, Kasey was a leader of Wayfair’s executive recruiting team with responsibility for all senior hires in the enterprise, commercial and operations organizations. She started her career in the Boston office of Egon Zehnder, a global search and leadership advisory firm.
Kasey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Tufts University. She lives in Vermont with her husband and daughter.
