Bio:

Jennifer focuses on CEO and Board searches for private equity-backed b2b software, technology, and services businesses.

Prior to joining True, Jennifer worked for The Miles Group, where she led engagements across the firm's practice areas, including CEO succession, executive assessment, coaching, and top team effectiveness. Jennifer previously worked at Cerberus Capital Management’s proprietary operating affiliate, Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company (COAC) where she led C-level searches across Cerberus's portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, she held recruiting roles at G100 Companies and Goldman Sachs.

Jennifer graduated with high honors from Lehigh University, where she majored in Journalism and Global Studies.
