Gina’s experience spans multiple C-suite functions, with a recent concentration in go-to-market and GM roles for large publicly traded companies, investors and high-growth technology companies. In addition, as a member of the Diversity practice, Gina
has a passion for recruiting diverse talent and working with clients on large-scale diversity strategies.
Prior to True, Gina was a member of both the VC / PE and professional services practices of Caldwell Partners, where she divided her time between the recruitment of C-suite law firm executives, and marketing, sales, and product/technology leaders in B2C / B2B portfolio companies.
Earlier, Gina was a member of the global technology strategy practices at both Heidrick & Struggles and CTPartners. Gina began her search career with Korn Ferry international as a member of the global consumer products practice.
When she's not working with clients, Gina is a hobbyist writer who can be found in her native Chicago, spending time with her husband, two Devon Rex cats and nonagenarian father.
