Evan Grossman is head of the CEO and Board Practices at True. As an advisor to boards, Evan works closely with public, private equity-backed, and pre-IPO venture-backed companies specializing in CEO and non-executive director assignments across a variety of sectors including enterprise software, data & analytics, security, consumer platforms, marketplaces and AI.
Prior to joining True, Evan worked in the technology practice at another top ten executive search firm, partnering with a diverse array of clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Originally from San Diego, Evan graduated from Maryville University of St. Louis, where he studied management and leadership. In his free time, he enjoys boxing, reading, being outdoors and taking advantage of New York’s myriad of culinary options.
