Diane specializes in investment management searches at True. She has 15 years of search experience and has worked on hundreds of searches over the course of her search career. She joined the firm as the first external partner hired to help build out the investment management team, after close to nine years at Glocap, where she focused on investment professional searches across asset classes. Her coverage spans tech, healthcare / life sciences, consumer, real estate, both equity and credit, and anything from early stage venture through public equities. She also helps investment firms build out internal teams, such as portfolio ops / value creation or investor relations. In a prior life, she spent three years as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in NYC covering Yankee and Power & Utilities clients.
She originally hails from Austin, TX and is an avid attender of group fitness classes (900+ Barry’s Bootcamp classes and counting!), a proud corgi mom and a lover of all desserts and queso.
