Debu is a partner in True’s Talent Advisory, CEO and Board Practices. He specializes in C-suite and board advisory and searches within the professional services, industrial, supply chain, logistics and transportation, manufacturing, energy, retail and governments sectors.
Debu has extensive experience in C-suite and board facilitation on leadership, performance and transformation. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has helped clients solve complex challenges in the world of work.
Prior to True, Debu worked as a partner at Deloitte, Korn Ferry, Hay Group and Hewitt (Aon+Kincentirc). He has extensive experience across MENA and Asia Pacific regions. He has also worked at Arthur Andersen and PwC.
Debu holds a MBA in Marketing and Systems. He is an alumnus of Singularity University and has also completed his Executive Education from Harvard Business School in Competitive Strategy. A regular speaker at conferences, he contributes regularly to publications, including a weekly column on careers in Gulf News.
