David has 20+ years experience in both search firms serving high-growth technology markets and leading corporate talent functions for transformative technology businesses. Consequently, he brings a broad view of the demands of identifying and hiring executive talent, internationally.

Prior to True, David worked for a boutique search firm supporting GTM SaaS transformations for public and PE-backed software businesses.
