Darryl Shazier is the chief revenue officer at Jopwell, a platform that helps Black, Latinx and Native American students and professionals advance their careers.
Prior to joining Jopwell, Darryl spent his career at Goldman Sachs in the compliance department before becoming a relationship manager for the firm’s hedge fund clients in prime brokerage. Darryl has been with Jopwell since 2018 and has forged over 100 partnerships with employers seeking more diverse talent.
Darryl assumed the leadership role at Jopwell in 2024 after a organizational restructure and reports into Lucinda Duncalfe, the EVP and GM of True Technologies and founder of AboveBoard.
Darryl graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in economics before receiving his master’s degree in business administration at Ulster University in Northern Ireland.
