As a leader within True’s Consumer Platforms sector, Dana partners with venture and private equity-backed companies at the intersection of consumer, digital and technology. She has deep expertise in placing transformational talent across CEO, president, COO, GM and CMO / head of marketing roles. Her work spans a range of sectors including marketplaces, consumer tech, wellness, food and beverage, media and lifestyle.
Dana has led searches for companies such as Strava, Spotify, Fanatics, ShopMy, Kira Learning and FanDuel, among others—earning the trust of founders, boards and investors as a strategic and candid thought partner.
Prior to joining True, Dana led global executive recruiting at Knotel, a venture-backed proptech company based in New York. She began her search career at Daversa Partners, where she partnered with top consumer and technology investors to build leadership teams for some of the most innovative brands in the market.
