Chris is a managing director in True’s Healthcare and Private Equity Practices, where he specializes in multi-site healthcare services with a focus on operator (CEO, COO), people leadership (CHRO) and strategy roles.
Chris came to True in early 2021 from ECA Partners, a boutique executive search firm where he led both full-time and interim search work for venture and PE-backed businesses. Prior to his time in search, Chris worked in executive roles with multiple high-growth, venture-backed organizations, as well as in management consulting roles with Bain & Company and the Boston Consulting Group.
Chris earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in mathematics & chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. While a nomad growing up (he has lived in over 10 cities), he most recently identifies as a New Yorker, although was part of the Covid exodus to the midwest where he now lives with his wife and young kiddos Lainey and Alex.
