Caroline is head of the Financial Services, CEO and Board Practices in EMEA.
 
Caroline brings nearly 20 years of experience across financial services with a mix of executive search, in-house talent management and equity research. Today she focuses on CEO and board appointments from early stage to listed businesses. Caroline is currently based in London but spent three years in Singapore covering the APAC region.
 
Caroline has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Nottingham University.
