Caroline is a principal in True’s Healthcare Practice where she focuses on CEO, COO, board and go-to-market searches. She works closely with venture capital and private equity-backed healthcare technology and healthcare services businesses.
Prior to joining True, Caroline worked for Guidepoint Global, an expert networking firm, as a research manager in the client services division. She focused on the sell-side sector, working closely with institutional investor clients to fulfill their market research needs.
Caroline graduated from Trinity College with a degree in American Studies.
