Over 3+ years, she helped build and scale Paradigm, leading to its acquisition by True. During her time at Paradigm, she placed executives at companies like Zapier, Pulley, AssemblyAI, Onebrief, Invoca, and Deno.
Carley graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in English, political science, and criminal justice. She began her career in Ernst & Young’s business development practice, focusing on tech startups in San Francisco.
