During his tenure at Hobbs & Towne, the firm grew to 40+ employees and placed over 350 CEOs and more than 3000 executives across 1000+ companies.
He has become a recognized expert in the field and has established himself as a value-added resource to investors and portfolio companies in the areas of human capital, market intelligence, business development, strategic alliances and capital raising. He has successfully completed Board-level, CEO and C-level searches with VC & PE-backed companies across the broad category of Energy-Tech. Bobby has worked closely with some of the world’s top venture capital investors and placed executives who have been instrumental in leading the growth and successful liquidity for many of these investors.
Bobby earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Denison University.
