Bobby is a partner based in the New York office, bringing 20 years of technology recruiting and leadership experience in both Silicon Valley and NYC markets.
He spent the last three years at Riviera Partners, focusing on engineering and product searches for VC-backed and public companies. Before that, he was VP of talent at Frame.io, where he built the recruiting and HR function from the ground up, was a member of the executive team, and helped scale the company from $1m to $50m ARR, leading to its acquisition by Adobe.
Previously, he served as global head of recruiting at Etsy through their monumental growth phase and IPO. Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina, where he also played lacrosse for the Tar Heels.
