Ash is a partner based in Dallas, who covers the industrial market segment for True Search. He brings over 20 years of industry experience as an operator and P&L leader, giving him a unique perspective of industry trends and leadership insights that enables him to effectively partner with boards and CEOs in building best-in-class leadership teams.
Prior to joining True, Ash led multiple CEO and CFO mandates for Egon Zehnder, where he focused on building leadership teams for PE backed and publicly traded companies globally. He started his career as an engineer at General Motors and held leadership roles at Eaton Corporation and AZZ Inc., where he served as the COO for the energy segment.
Ash holds a degree in engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Michigan State University.
