André is dedicated to building the future of health through an equity lens.  Prior to joining True, he was founder and CEO of an executive search and advisory firm dedicated to creating a more diverse workforce ecosystem to power an equitable future of health. His insights on digital health and inclusive healthcare have been featured in notable publications, such as Business Insider, Fortune, Forbes, NPR, and U.S. News and World Report.  He was recently named one of Fortune Magazine’s 2020 “40 Under 40” in Healthcare.
