He specializes in C-Suite and VP level engineering and product leadership searches for VC-backed startups and public companies across the B2B SaaS and consumer landscape. Some of his clients include Redpanda, Tailscale, Forma, Luminary, Multiverse and Ticketmaster, among others.
Harrison joined True through the acquisition of Paradigm Search (2024), where he was a founding member of the boutique executive search firm focused on engineering and product talent. Prior to Paradigm, Harrison spent five years at Daversa Partners as a senior executive search partner.
