Darryl is a principal in True’s Financial Services Practice, based in New York. He focuses on helping organizations build exceptional teams.
Prior to joining True, Darryl spent his career at Goldman Sachs in the compliance department before becoming a relationship manager for the firm’s hedge fund clients in prime brokerage.
Darryl assumed the leadership role at Jopwell in 2024 after a organizational restructure and reports into Lucinda Duncalfe, the EVP and GM of True Technologies and founder of AboveBoard. In his time at Jopwell, Darryl has forged over 100 partnerships with employers seeking more diverse talent.
Darryl graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in economics before receiving his master’s degree in business administration at Ulster University in Northern Ireland.
