At True, Lindsey is a partner and head of the TrueBridge Talent Network. Lindsey joined TrueBridge in 2022 as a co-founder and specializes in connecting venture capital and private equity firms with fractional and interim leaders at the C-suite and VP-level.
Prior to joining True, Lindsey was on Google’s in-house executive search team and worked across multiple businesses (Google, YouTube, and Waze) and functions (marketing, legal, finance, public policy & global affairs). Before Google, Lindsey was a practice leader at GLG (a leading global expert network firm), and worked with top management consulting firms to connect them with executives in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Lindsey graduated from Villanova University with double degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Studies, and a Minor in Psychology. She was a scholarship athlete and Captain of the Women’s Swimming & Diving team where she successfully reached the Olympic trials twice, competing for both the US and Canada.
