Will is a principal in True’s London office where he is a core member of the Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice.
Having previously worked with Korn Ferry for more than eight years, Will was part of the industrial search practice, focusing on energy and infrastructure markets working on multiple global board, VP / C-suite and future leadership assignments. During this time, he helped establish Korn Ferry’s climate / industrial tech track record.
Will’s experience spans the energy value chain, having worked across renewables and power generation and with a wide variety of technology disruptors (storage, carbon capture, hydrogen, software providers etc). This includes work with major corporates and VC/PE-backed businesses. Will’s work also covers broader industrial tech, sustainability and ESG topics.
Will has a degree in environmental management from the University of Leeds.
