Zach is a partner at True who brings more than a decade of experience leading senior technology searches, placing CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CPOs, and VPs. He partners with public, growth equity and PE-backed businesses across SaaS, financial services, industrial and professional services, acting as a peer-level advisor to sponsors and executive teams, particularly where technology leadership requires operational credibility and a transformation mandate. Recent clients include Dropbox, LastPass, SolarWinds and Mozilla, among many others.
Prior to True, Zach was a founding member of Betts Recruiting’s Silicon Valley branch, where he built and scaled the technical recruitment division nationwide. He began his career at Insight Global, conducting searches for high-growth technology companies.
Zach is a Silicon Valley native and is based in Austin, Texas.
