Debu leads the Advisory Practice and is a managing director in the CEO and BOD Practices. He is responsible for developing and executing leadership advisory and assessment services for clients across the Middle East, North Africa and India. His specialty is C-suite and board advisory, and executive search within the professional services, industrial and consumer sectors.
Prior to True, Debu worked as a partner at Deloitte, KornFerry, Hay Group and Aon Hewitt. He has extensive experience across MENA and Asia Pacific regions.
Throughout his 30+ year career, he has helped clients solve complex challenges in the world of work.
Debu holds a MBA in marketing and systems. He is an alumnus of Singularity University and also completed his executive education from Harvard Business School in competitive strategy.
