Prior to True, Mark served as head of talent for Matrix Capital Management, a $8bn AUM hedge fund investing in public and private disruptive software and biotechnology companies. Previously, he helped build True’s Product, Data, & Technology Practice as an early member of the San Francisco office. He began his executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of directors for Hit The Books, a sports-based non-profit committed to bringing educational resources to underserved NYC communities. Outside of work, he is an avid Lakers fan, markets enthusiast and oenophile/foodie.
