Emily leads the People, Talent & Legal Practice at True and specializes in executive searches for senior HR and people leaders across stages. Since joining the firm in 2015, Emily has been a driving force in building and scaling True’s People, Talent & Legal Practice, and has partnered with clients like Affirm, Coinbase, DigitalOcean, Peloton, Twitch, WW and Zendesk. Prior to joining True, Emily spent close to a decade leading a range of recruitment functions at Teach For America.
Emily graduated from Brown University with dual degrees in american history and commerce, organizations and entrepreneurship. While at Brown, Emily competed as a D1 track and field athlete. She now resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and young daughter.
