New additions Missy MacNeish Marron and Reshma Ketkar expand PE and asset management competencies
HADDONFIELD, N.J. SEPTEMBER 26, 2024—True, the only tech and data-first global executive talent platform, announced the arrival of new managing director Missy MacNeish Marron and new partner Reshma Ketkar to the Financial Services practice. They bring more than 50 years of combined experience in the private equity, financial services, and investment management worlds.

MacNeish Marron has extensive experience collaborating with clients across the financial services, technology, healthcare, and emerging impact sectors. She has delivered talent acquisition programs, organizational design and transformation projects, and spearheaded the development of original investment product teams.

Ketkar has demonstrable experience across executive search, succession planning, and talent footprint analysis, and has worked closely with her clients to expand investor capabilities into new asset classes and products.
