During his six years at Egon Zehnder, Rodolfo gained significant experience in Leadership Advisory and Executive Search, with consulting services and business-critical placements in Finance and Operations. As a valued advisor worldwide, he leverages his deep industry and functional expertise to help clients fill key executive positions.

Rodolfo also previously led the Global Business Consulting function at American Express Global Business Travel (AmexGBT), provided advisory services at Sabre Airline Solutions, and held the role of VP of Direct Distribution Channels at a major Mexican airline. Rodolfo’s expertise spans profit and loss management roles across diverse operational domains, and developing sophisticated cost strategies and crucial distribution partnerships. His career journey includes pivotal roles at McKinsey & Co. and Grupo Posadas, where he honed his strategic and commercial acumen.
Rodolfo earned a Bachelors of Science in economics from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico) and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
