Climate Tech co-Head Andy Towne was featured in Insider's list of top recruiters helping financial services companies fill environmental, social and governance roles.

Towne spoke to Insider about the current hiring landscape in the climate tech industry. "I've worked with many of the premier funds over the years, but there has never been more opportunity and interest in investment professionals in the category," Towne said.  "The capital commitment in climate is massive, and there are not enough people with experience and scars from years of investing in the space to go around."
