The co-founder of a biometrics software company, Carter brings 25 years of expertise in professional roles in life sciences, digital healthcare and global technology companies to the True Search Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.

Carter has worked with some of the world’s top technology and telecommunications companies, holding regional and global senior leadership roles across sales, marketing and operations at Microsoft, Nokia, Pace and Sony. Before joining True, Carter co-founded startup B-Secur, a biometric end-to-end software solutions provider, specialising in FDA-cleared ECG technologies. As chief commercial officer of B-Secur, he led global commercial strategy and oversaw talent acquisition.
