Prior to joining True, Mina built and led Russell Reynolds’ consumer, digital, growth-tech, media, and DEI practices across the MENA region. Notably, she has over seven years of experience at Spencer Stuart, where her last role was Director of EMEA Enhanced Search. Mina has played a key role in the Middle East, advocating for the first ever IDEA Council for AESC and driving leadership initiatives, including an interview series on Women on Boards. By collaborating with regional and multinational organizations, she successfully delivers on complex executive searches and advisory assignments.

Aymen brings a unique body of executive search experience as True’s technology officers and fintech lead for the MENA region. Aymen is ideally placed to help True’s clients build high-impact leadership teams that super charge the digitalisation of their business models. Before True, he served as Head of the Technology and Digital Officers practice at Korn Ferry in Dubai. Where he led executive search engagements across the MENA region focusing on CPO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CBO and CISO mandates at public, large-cap, growth and PE-backed companies. He gained additional expertise through his leadership of technology recruitment practices at Green Park Executive Search and Harvey Nash in London.
