True Search Partner Jennifer DeCastro attributes the lack of attrition in entertainment to the nature of Hollywood — an industry largely fueled by creatively-driven workers chasing dreams of making content or playing a role in the ecosystem that produces film and TV.
“People really love what they do in media and entertainment,” DeCastro said. “There’s a real connection to it as opposed to a lot of other industries, so I haven’t seen a mass movement for any reason other than potentially joining more progressive, innovative, forward-thinking entertainment media platforms and businesses.”
