Insurance and Financial Services Expert, Brett Carter, Joins True Search

Brett specializes in C-suite executives, board directors, VPs and other executive-level roles for clients in all sectors of the insurance industry.

Prior to joining True, Brett was Managing Director at The Jacobson Group, a boutique search firm exclusively dedicated to insurance. He also held leadership roles at well-known organizations such as Munich Re US P&C, American Modern, Travelers, and State Farm, where he gained many years of direct experience.

Brett is a diversity champion and a sought-after speaker and panelist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing/advertising from Augustana College and an MBA from the University of Arizona Global Campus, along with industry accreditations including Associate in Claims, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Certified Personal Risk Manager.
