Over 12 years, she developed and scaled the company’s client service and talent model and processes, leading to significant growth and an acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to that, she served in various investment banking, consulting, strategy and entrepreneurial roles at companies such as Merrill Lynch, Bain, and Gap, while also starting an online community website on family travel which was later acquired.
